PEER REVIEW POLICY
The International Journal of Research and Review in Applied Science, Humanities, and Technology (IJRASHT) follows a Double-Blind Peer Review process to ensure the highest standards of quality and fairness.
1. Initial Screening
All submitted manuscripts are first reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief or Managing Editor for suitability with the journal’s scope, basic quality, adherence to author guidelines, and ethical compliance. Manuscripts that do not meet the minimum standards are rejected at this stage without proceeding to external review.
2. Double-Blind Peer Review
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two independent external expert reviewers for detailed evaluation. The identity of the author(s) is completely concealed from the reviewers, and the identity of the reviewers is concealed from the author(s).
3. Review Criteria
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on the following parameters:
- Originality and novelty of the research
- Scientific, technical, or scholarly quality and validity
- Strength of methodology and data analysis
- Clarity of presentation and organization
- Relevance to the journal’s scope
- Proper citation, referencing, and ethical compliance
4. Review Timeline
Reviewers are requested to submit their comments within 2–4 weeks. Authors are notified of the review outcome (Accepted / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Rejected) as soon as possible after receiving the reviewers’ reports.
5. Final Decision
The final decision to accept, revise, or reject a manuscript rests with the Editor-in-Chief, based on the reviewers’ recommendations and the overall quality of the paper.
6. Appeals
Authors may appeal against a rejection decision by submitting a detailed written justification. The Editor-in-Chief will review the appeal and make a final decision.
